  • Enabling TLS 1.2
    • Open the Internet Explorer and make sure that you are using the latest version of it. If not then install IE to the latest version.
    • Click on the Gear icon from the top-right corner of IE.
    • Click on the Internet Options and then go to the Advanced
    • Click on Security and from there unmark the TLS 1.0.
    • Mark the TLS 1.2 check box and then click on Apply to save changes.
    • Click on OK to close the window.

  • Create a new test company file
    • From the main menu of QuickBooks, go to the File

    • Now, go to the Chart of Accounts.
    • Right-click on the account and click on Edit.
    • Remove the asterisk and then click on Save and Close.
    • If you get any confirmation or warning message, Click on OK or Yes.
    • Now set up your bank account for the Bank Feed services.
    • Download the transaction from the new merged account
