Put your pointer or cursor on the Update icon to get the More Information option and then click on it. Intuit recommends you to run three manual updates during the non-peak hours.
In the next five or six hours, five updates will be performed by QuickBooks if it doesn’t get the required information from that specific bank account.

- Go to Banking menu and then select Update option from the bottom-right corner of your screen.
